By accessing our website and ordering our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Panifit provides frozen lemon-based beverage enhancers ("Lemon Ice Cubes"). While we strive for consistency, due to the natural fruit used, variations in color and flavor are normal. Our products are perishable and must be stored in a freezer immediately upon delivery.
All orders are subject to availability. Prices are listed on the website and are subject to change. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Because our product is frozen, shipping is time-sensitive. You are responsible for being available to receive the delivery or providing a safe, cool place for drop-off. Panifit is not liable for melted product if the delivery was not collected promptly.
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns. If your product arrives damaged or melted despite proper handling, please contact us within 24 hours at support@panifit.xyz with photo evidence.
